We have found that one area within the pest control industry where there is a definitive need is in those pests that take time to correctly identify, and that are inherently difficult to control. Some pests require very special tools to locate and eliminate. These tools are often expensive, and the training involved in maintaining those tools and making sure that technicians know how to use them properly is not something most pest control companies want to bother with. They simply would rather deal with easy pests for which there are surefire, quick, out of a bottle solution. What we have found is that this leaves some homeowners and businesses left to fend for themselves when the pest control company simply shrugs and moves on to the next client with a higher profit margin and less hassle.

This is not how we would like to be treated, nor have anyone treat our families. We feel this is a violation of the trust our customers put in us when we commit to helping them. Let's be honest, if all pests were easy to control, there would not be a need for our service. It is especially important to the customer that when something challenging comes along that they can rely on service that they are paying for. We are not saying we can solve all pest problems in one service. Some pests take time to control, and very concerted effort. Sometimes it even means we have to admit to the client that we are not sure how best to proceed right away, but we have the resources and the connections to find out from the best minds in the field. We also have the determination and compassion to follow through until that client's problem has been addressed to their satisfaction.
