One commonality among all the institutional clients we have is sensitivity. Hospitals and nursing care facilities have patients that due to their condition restrict the options we have for chemical treatment. Schools and daycares have parents that are highly cautious (and rightly so) about the materials used where their children are. Many school districts have very strict IPM guidelines that must be followed. All the accounts are also highly sensitive in regards to the times we may access the property to service. Rooms can not be occupied while they are being treated, but those rooms sometimes see near continuous use.
